WWE star Becky Lynch and Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair took to center-stage during the weigh-in for Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano.
Taylor and Serrano are set to make history tonight (April 30) when they will face off in the first ever women’s boxing bout to headline Madison Square Garden.
During Friday’s weigh-in, a photo began to do the rounds on social media of WWE stars Lynch and Belair having a stare-down onstage, ahead of the official weigh-in.
DAZN and BBC Sports have now shared videos from the night showing Lynch introducing Katie Taylor, and Belair welcoming Amanda Serrano to the stage.
The two WWE rivals also traded verbal shots, with Belair claiming that Serrano has promised to ‘pull a Belair’ and snatch the gold from the champion. Belair notably defeated Lynch at WrestleMania 38 to win the Raw Women’s Championship.
