Becky Lynch Cuts Passionate Promo Backstage At WWE Raw Despite Injury (VIDEO) WWE

Despite not appearing on the show due to injury, Becky Lynch was still backstage for this week’s episode of WWE Raw.

Prior to the show, Lynch shared a photo from a hospital bed after suffering a fractured voice box at a WWE house show.

Lynch has since shared a video of herself backstage at Raw in Cleveland, Ohio, cutting a promo on Bianca Belair.

The Raw Women’s Champion (with a very hoarse voice) told Belair that she has no idea the lengths Big Time Becks willing to go to retain her title.

You can watch the promo below:

Becky Lynch is set to defend her title against Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 38. PWInsider has reported that the current expectation is for Lynch to be able to return in about two weeks.

On the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer also noted that Lynch’s injury isn’t expected to threaten WrestleMania plans, noting:

“They said it was a fracture of the throat, but it was a throat injury. She was off TV, she was at TV, she was backstage at the show but they didn’t put her on TV due to difficulty talking and the injury. Probably out for a couple of weeks, but we’re told this does not threaten WrestleMania plans. She was out of the hospital tonight so she very well may be [back next week], the only thing we heard was that it was a thing with her voice, and you know what I mean, you know, you can work around a bad voice and then it can heal and maybe it will heal in a week.”
