Becky Lynch has seemingly reacted to being pulled from the WWE SummerSlam 2023 card for this coming Saturday, August 5.
A match between Lynch and Trish Stratus had been planned for SummerSlam ever since Stratus returned to WWE several months ago.
However, on Raw this week, it was announced that it would be taking place on the August 14 Raw in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada instead.
Lynch vs Stratus is one of two women’s matches initially planned for SummerSlam that looks to be off the show, with Rhea Ripley vs Raquel Rodriguez seemingly in the same boat, although that one could be added at the last minute.
Ripley appears to have made her feelings clear, and now it looks like Lynch has reacted as well.
Taking to Instagram, Lynch posted several pictures from a photoshoot she did, captioned:
“This was the shoot I did for Summerslam….”
The main takeaway being the rather ominous ellipses which seems to be a sign of her displeasure at the situation.
Dave Meltzer reported today that time restraints are a big reason for the matches being cut from Saturday’s show.
