WWE has announced two matches, as well as a segment featuring Becky Lynch for tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw.
On this week’s show, Becky Lynch will address her attack of Bianca Belair last Monday. WWE has announced an injury to Belair, ahead of their Raw Women’s Championship match at WrestleMania 38.
The WWE.com preview for the segment reads:
Moments after Bianca Belair took down the powerful Doudrop with the K.O.D. last week, Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch suddenly unleashed a brutal post-match assault on her WrestleMania challenger, which resulted in The EST of WWE suffering a fractured hyoid bone in her throat. That injury will keep Belair out of action of an unspecified amount of time as she recovers.
In the wake of the onslaught, Big Time Becks will address her vicious assault on The Road to WrestleMania, tonight.
Also on the show, Alpha Academy will face off against the Raw Tag Team Champions in a non-title bout. Chad Gable & Otis ambushed Riddle and Montez Ford during their match last week.
Per WWE:
After RK-Bro agreed to a WrestleMania title match against The Street Profits one week ago, Riddle took on Montez Ford one-on-one. Before a winner could be determined, however, The Alpha Academy suddenly emerged to take down both tandems.
Find out what will happen when Randy Orton & Riddle go head-to-head with Chad Gable & Otis in a matchup of pure redemption.
WWE has also announced that United States Champion Finn Balor will go one-on-one with Austin Theory on tonight’s show:
Last week, Austin Theory interfered and cost new United States Champion Finn Bálor a match against Damian Priest. He then added insult to injury by hitting The Prince with a post-match ATL and a humiliating selfie.
Don’t miss when Bálor comes looking for payback on Theory in one-on-one action.
Here’s the announced line-up for the show:
- RK-Bro vs. Alpha Academy
- Finn Balor vs. Austin Theory
- Becky Lynch addresses her attack of Bianca Belair
- AJ Styles returns
We will provide live coverage of WWE Raw from 8pm ET.
