Wrestling fans will all have their “most heart-breaking” moments, but for me it was finding out that Becky Lynch had been concussed by a Nia Jax punch and that she would not be able to compete at Survivor Series.
It crushed my soul, more than Charlotte Flair crushed Ronda Rousey’s throat in a chair…which by the way, wasn’t a heel-turn.
At the time, it wasn’t clear just how concussed Becky was, but judging by the latest photos, it may well have been a severe one.

Now, I’m no doctor, but those things on her head look pretty gnarly, so it looks like she’s undergoing some sort of tests. My degree in German language really coming through here.
Becky Lynch didn’t appear at Survivor Series or on last night’s episode of SmackDown Live, so it seems WWE are keen on keeping her out of harm’s way until the staff at the local medical facility are satisfied that she is healthy.
The centre Becky attended posted a picture on their Instagram of Becky pre-treatment, and suggested she’s undergone some sort of upgrade, which I definitely want to see.
