WWE announced on Monday that a women’s Elimination Chamber match will be taking place at the upcoming Elimination Chamber event to determine Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch’s challenger for the championship at WrestleMania.
Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley, Doudrop and Nikki A.S.H will be a part of the match, with one spot left undecided for now. However, Becky jokingly lobbied for an NXT star to take the spot.
During last night’s NXT 2.0, which saw Wendy Choo take on, and ultimately come up short to, Tiffany Stratton, the Raw Women’s Champion took to social media, simply stating:
I want @therealestwendy to be the 6th person in the Elimination Chamber.
Obviously it’s not likely to come to light, but it’s good to know that Big Time Becks is a part of the evergrowing Choo Crew. With Dolph Ziggler showing up on last night’s NXT show, maybe Becky will be the next main roster star to show up on NXT 2.0.
Lynch is set to defend her Raw Women’s Championship against Lita at the Elimination Chamber event on February 19.
Choo lost her first match in NXT to Tiffany Stratton last night. For a full list of NXT win/loss records for 2022, click here.
