Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks made their returns to All Elite Wrestling at AEW Full Gear.
The Elite were suspended from the company following the AEW All Out media scrum, and the backstage fight between themselves, CM Punk and Ace Steel.
The suspension resulted in the Elite being stripped of the AEW World Trios Championship, with Death Triangle claiming the vacant titles in their absence.
Omega and the Bucks returned to the company at Full Gear, taking on Death Triangle in a Trios Championship match.
During the match, the Newark crowd broke into a loud chant of ‘f**k CM Punk!’ following his actions at the media scrum leading to the group’s suspension.
The Elite’s suspension from AEW also led to their Being The Elite show going on hiatus for the two months they were away.
The show returned this week, featuring clips from the Full Gear event, including one moment that got fans talking.
The Elite played music over their entrance at the show, but made sure to cut it at a very specific point, allowing the anti-Punk chants to echo around in the video.
On the newest ‘Being The Elite’ episode they stopped the music over the match to highlight the “Fuck CM Punk” chants 💀💀💀

The Elite lost their return match to Death Triangle after Rey Fenix hit Omega with a hammer during an attempted One Winged Angel.
AEW has since announced a best of seven series between the two trios, with the winner of the series being the Trios Champions.
