Hall Of Famer’s Heartwarming Reaction To Candice LeRae WWE Return

Beth Phoenix has congratulated Candice LeRae upon her return to television, and shared a video of the two training together on Twitter.

LeRae made a surprise return to WWE television on yesterday’s (September 26) episode of WWE Raw.

LeRae left the company in May 2022, after her contract wasn’t renewed while she was taking her maternity leave.

Now former WWE star Beth Phoenix has congratulated the former NXT star on Twitter, saying:

“When I was training for WrestleMania with @NatbyNature, @CandiceLeRae generously came to work with me to knock off the ring rust.

“She’s a stellar wrestler but as everyone will tell you, an even more stellar human being! Congratulations on your return to the big stage!”

Phoenix also shared a video of the three women wrestling, in which the Glamazon and Natalya work together to hoist LeRae above their heads.

Candice LeRae defeated Nikki A.S.H. in her return appearance, causing A.S.H. to tease a character change by removing the mask that she has worn since she adopted her current superhero gimmick.

LeRae’s husband Johnny Gargano made a surprise appearance of his own several weeks earlier on the August 22 edition of WWE Raw. Gargano also reacted to his wife’s return, which you can find at this link.
