Bianca Belair has discussed her WWE Crown Jewel gear, noting that she doesn’t feel it’s an inconvenience to make changes to her ring gear.
Speaking with The National News, The EST explained that the female competitors who will compete at Crown Jewel will tweak their gear to respect Saudi Arabia’s culture and traditions.
Excited about her new look, Belair said:
“I already wear long pants as it is, though we’ll definitely be having long sleeves and just making sure that we’re within the bounds of everything, but I’m definitely going to still show up and look like the EST that I am. We’ll definitely customise our gear, but I’m excited for it. It’s not something that’s an inconvenience, plus I get a new look.”
At Crown Jewel 2019, Natalya and Lacey Evans did battle in the first ever women’s WWE match in Saudi Arabia. Praising ‘Natty’ for leading the locker-room, Belair noted:
“Natty always gives you advice in the locker room. Mostly that it’s an amazing opportunity, soak every moment in, know how important this is. It’s not just that we’re going to have this match, it’s about representation and making real change, not only inside the ring but outside of the ring too.”
Belair and Sasha Banks are set to challenge Becky Lynch for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at the event in a three-way title bout. As per a new report, Lynch’s upcoming move to Raw has recently discussed at length backstage in WWE.
Bianca Belair was also drafted to Raw during the WWE Draft, which takes effect this Friday.
