“Congratulations to the new NWA Women’s World Champion Serena Deeb! She’ll make her 1st title defense v. Leyla Hirsch on AEW Dynamite tomorrow night, Wednesday on TNT at 8pm ET/7pm CT on a huge show with several big matches on the card! Thank you great fans who make AEW possible!”
Deeb recently signed with All Elite Wrestling following a match with Thunder Rosa on Dynamite. Since then she has defeated KiLynn King on AEW Dark and lost to Big Swole on another episode of Dynamite. With this title win one would think she would have an increased role on AEW’s main show.
Leyla Hirsch has been wrestling since 2017 and has competed for a number of notable indie promotions. During her relatively short career, she has worked for promotions such as GCW, CZW, and SHIMMER. This will be her debut on Dynamite.
