Big Change To Final Hour Of August 22 WWE Raw WWE

The Triple H era of WWE Raw has been very well received by both fans and the television networks in the first month of shows.

The first ‘official’ Triple H led episode of WWE Raw took place on August 1, the show after WWE SummerSlam. Prior to the show going on air, and with all the hype around the show, USA Network allowed WWE to run the first hour completely commercial free.

Tonight’s show comes live from Toronto, Canada, and is set to feature Edge’s first match in his home town in over a decade, when he faces off with Damian Priest of the Judgment Day.

There is also a lot of hype around tonight’s show, with the show being a legitimate sell out, and the USA Network is once again catching Triple H fever.

Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Podcast took to Twitter, reporting that the last hour of tonight’s show will have limited commercials.

Other stuff set for tonight’s show is an appearance by WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus, as well as the semi-final of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament, pitting IYO SKY and Dakota Kai against Alexa Bliss and Asuka.
