WWE has announced the WWE Championship match for the upcoming WWE Crown Jewel pay-per-view.
On last week’s (September 27) episode of Raw, Big E retained the WWE Championship against Bobby Lashley inside a Steel Cage, before Drew McIntyre stared down the champion to end the show.
On tonight’s episode, Drew McIntyre challenged Big E to a championship match, before the two went on to defeat Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode. After the match, Big E accepted McIntyre’s challenge for the Crown Jewel show.
WWE Crown Jewel streams live from Saudi Arabia on Thursday, October 21 on the WWE Network and Peacock in the United States.
