Big E Set For WWE Netflix Role

Big E may no longer be part of New Day but that doesn’t mean he won’t be seen in future WWE programming according to a recent reveal.

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods ejected Big E from New Day at their tenth-anniversary celebration, with the pair experiencing something of a backlash among the fans and backstage.

Even Kingston’s own mother took exception to her son’s behaviour on the December 23 episode of WWE Raw, as can be seen below this news story.

Big E recently revealed that he isn’t medically cleared for an in-ring return, but his next steps in WWE have now been revealed.

According to PW Insider, Big E will be hosting a new WWE show on Netflix in 2025.

PW Insider notes that Netflix added to shows ahead of the debut of WWE Raw in January 2025.

Big E will be hosting WWE RAW Classics, with the description for that show reading:

“Big E hosts this collection of most-see Raw matches and moments, featuring WWE Superstars and Legends including CM Punk, Becky Lynch and Triple H.”

Also coming to Netflix is WWE Top 10 which is described as:

“Monday Night Raw hosts some of the biggest and best matches in WWE history, featuring Superstars John Cena, Triple H, Becky Lynch and more.”

Also coming to the streaming platform is WWE Road To WrestleMania, with the description:

“The Road to WrestleMania goes through Raw, where WWE’s top Superstars raise the stakes in must-see matches and thrilling moments.”

WWE Superstar Profiles is also set to appear on Netflix, with it being a:

“…step inside the squared circle in pursuit of championships and glory in front of the WWE Universe.”

Finally, for history enthusiasts out there, Netflix will bring us WWE Legends Profiles which promises:

“Legendary Superstars of WWE make history with unforgettable matches and moments inside the squared circle”

With the closure of the WWE Network, it was previously reported that a lot of the archive content wouldn’t initially be making its way to Netflix.
