Big Heel Turn Completed & New Faction Formed On AEW: Dynamite

On the March 31, 2021 edition of AEW: Dynamite, fans witnessed a massive betrayal and the completion of a heel turn we’ve been expecting for weeks. QT Marshall is officially a heel and turned on Cody Rhodes and the Nightmare Family.

During their exhibition match tonight, QT Marshall took a cheap shot at Arn Anderson. QT exited the ring and turned his back on the entire Nightmare Family.

It was at this point when 3 members of The Nightmare Family attacked the remaining members of the crew. Anthony Ogogo, Aaron Solow, and Nick Comoroto all started attacking the other members of the Nightmare Family.

In the attack, QT attacked Arn Anderson and slammed his bad left arm into the barricade. The three members of the family powerbombed Lee Johnson onto the ramp. Marshall also gave Dustin Rhodes a piledriver on the steel steps.

They then turned their focus on Cody. Ogogo, a former boxer, gave Rhodes a stiff punch to the liver. They then set up Cody on the steel steps. QT Marshall went for a conchairto, but Red Velvet stopped him.

We don’t have a name for this group, but the motivation is when Lee Johnson didn’t thank QT Marshall when he thanked everyone for getting his first win on Dynamite. I’m not sure where this is heading, but we’re sure to get a Family Feud on AEW: Dark.
