Big Title Change At WWE NXT Halloween Havoc

There was a big title change in the first match of tonight’s Halloween Havoc special edition of WWE NXT on the USA Network.

Johnny Gargano managed to defeat Damian Priest in a Devil’s Playground match (no DQ, falls count anywhere) to win the North American Title, but he didn’t do it alone.

A mystery man in a halloween costume and mask helped Gargano by attacking Priest with a tombstone up on the platform in the CWC.

Priest went flying off the platform through a haunted house thing onto the ground, at which point Gargano crawled over and pinned him for the win.

We don’t know the identity of whoever it was that helped Gargano, but previous weeks would suggest potentially Austin Theory.
