Former WWE NXT Women’s North American Champion Blake Monroe has named a star she believes will become a huge star.
With Blake Monroe joining WWE NXT in June 2025, there has been a lot of speculation about what’s next for The Glamour, ahead of Monroe’s Street Fight against Jaida Parker at Vengeance Day.
Speaking on Cheap Heat with Peter Rosenberg, Blake Monroe expressed interest in working with Evolve Women’s Champion Kendal Grey.
Believing that Grey will become a huge star in WWE, Blake Monroe said:
“I’m a big investor in the Kendal Grey stocks. I actually put Grey Graps on the map because when I first went to the PC, me and Kenny were in the same class.
“She’s amazing, like she’s so talented, but she’s such a cool chick. I remember watching her on Evolve and every Wednesday I would go crazy for the Grey Graps.
“I got that over (Grey Graps), I came up with it. I advocate for her heavily and I’m so excited for her that she’s getting to show her talents.
“I know she’s the Evolve (Women’s) Champion, and getting to be now on NXT TV, she got to wrestle Jacy, that was a fantastic match. She’s just getting started, she’s so talented, and I would be really, really excited to work with her.
“I feel like I could bring something out of her in terms of her promo and her character. I think she could challenge me a little bit with the wrestling because she actually was a legit ground wrestler or whatever you Americans do.
“She was on the mats, you know, with her head gear on like actually shoot wrestling. I’d be really excited to actually mix it up with her, but I’m excited to watch her. She’s definitely going to be a huge, huge star.”

Grey previously responded to a call for her to receive a major push on the main roster.
Blake Monroe recently addressed the decision to have her debut in NXT rather than on the main roster like the likes of fellow former AEW stars Jade Cargill and Danhausen, click here to read more.
