Bobby Lashley & AJ Styles To Clash On WWE Raw For The First Time

WWE has announced Bobby Lashley will defend his United States Championship against AJ Styles on WWE Raw in their first ever singles match.

After Bobby Lashley successfully defended his United States Championship on this past week’s episode of WWE Raw against Ciampa, he now moves on to an untested opponent.

For the first time in a singles match in WWE, Bobby Lashley will be taking on AJ Styles.

While the pair have tangled in tag-team action, this will be their first one on one match with one another.

Currently WWE Raw has announced several segments and matches to expect for the Monday night staple for the upcoming August 15 show.

The WWE Tag Team Championship Tournament is set to roll on as Alexa Bliss and Asuka take on Nikki A.S.H. and Doudrop.

Could this be the opportunity to potentially re-brand both Nikki A.S.H. and Doudrop after Doudrop revealed in a recent interview that she has talked to Triple H about his vision for her character moving forward, including a possible name change.

Also noted as planned to occur, an exclusive interview with Riddle who has been off WWE television related an attack by Seth Rollins left him unable to compete at SummerSlam.

Reportedly Seth Rollins versus Riddle will instead be set to take place at WWE’s upcoming premium live event, Clash at the Castle.
