Bobby Lashley has won the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal but the fans were squarely behind someone else. Find out who!
In a big Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal with a packed field of WWE’s best and brightest, there were several fan favorites but one stood out above the rest.
The Los Angeles crowd at SmackDown cheering for LA Knight with an intense fervor however they did not get their wish after Knight was eliminated near the end of the battle royal by Bronson Reed.
In the end the match came down to Bronson Reed and Bobby Lashley with Lashley finally eliminating Reed.
After the match, Lashley posed with the trophy with Wade Barrett on commentary commending him for his resilience saying, “when life hands you lemons, you make lemonade.”
Despite earlier reports that Uncle Howdy in in attendance for the Los Angeles WrestleMania weekend events, there was no mention of the previous angle between Lashley, Howdy and Wyatt.
