Bobby Roode introduced a new gimmick on last night’s episode of Raw after being split off from Chad Gable in the Superstar Shake-up, and he’s basically 90s WWE star Rick Rude.
He debuted the gimmick in a victory over Ricochet, who was also stripped off his tag partner Aleister Black in the Superstar Shake-up (sort of).

Roode, clearly back in his heel gimmick, won the match with a Glorious DDT and perhaps showed that he is in for a bit of a midcard push going forwards. Or maybe he’ll just lose to Ricochet next week to ensure 505/50 booking prevails.
