
After news broke earlier today of the passing of Don West, both WWE SmackDown and AEW Rampage broadcasts paid their respects.
Earlier today, WrestleTalk was saddened to learn that former IMPACT Wrestling announcer Don West has passed away at aged 59.
Both WWE and AEW television broadcasts of SmackDown and Rampage respectively paid their respects to the enthusiastic voice of IMPACT.
With WWE noting the loss via Michael Cole on commentary, he sent condolences to the friends and family upon their loss.
Over on AEW Rampage, the episode started with a title card in honor of the memory of Don West.
A GoFundMe page was set up in his wife’s name to help battle lymphoma, which can be found here.
