Brandi Rhodes Reveals She Wants To Bring Alexa Bliss To AEW

In comparison to WWE and NXT’s, All Elite Wrestling’s women’s division is rather weak.

On the last few episodes of AEW: Dynamite, there have been far more men’s than women’s matches. The same can be said for Full Gear over the weekend.

However, AEW’s women’s divison is not short of talent, boasting the likes of Dr. Britt Baker, Riho, Awesome Kong, Bea Priestley and Nyla Rose.

AEW Chief Branding Officer Brandi Rhodes has revealed that she wants former Raw and Smackdown Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss to join the company.

Speaking at the Starrcast IV fan convention, Brandi had the following to say on her desire to bring Bliss to AEW:

“I would take Alexa Bliss in a heartbeat. I love Bliss, I love her. I feel like she’s got something […] she’s multi-dimensional talented.”

WWE has seemingly always rated Alexa Bliss, giving her five reigns as Women’s Champion and one as Women’s Tag Team Champion.

Although she may be injured right now, it would appear as if WWE has no intention of letting Bliss leave anytime soon, especially after an AEW higher-up has expressed her interested in bringing Bliss in.
