Braun Strowman States His Goals For His WWE Return WWE

With many former WWE stars making their return to the company under the new Triple H regime, a lot of them have stated their goals for their future in WWE.

One name who recently returned was former Universal Champion Braun Strowman, who has been running rampant on SmackDown since his return.

Strowman achieved a lot of success in his first run in the company, capturing the Universal, Intercontinental and Raw Tag Team Championships, which has led to speculation about what is motivating him since his return.

Speaking on the WWE After the Bell podcast, Strowman spoke about wanting to take the United States Championship from Bobby Lashley, with it being the only championship he has yet to win to capture the Grand Slam Championship.

He said:

“Oh without a doubt, Bobby Lashley keep holding on to that US title tight because I’m coming for that one of these days and be Grand Slam Champion. So I’m gonna go ahead and say that. Like I said, I probably do that for a little appetizer and they go on and get ready for the main courses.”

Strowman obviously has a lot of history with Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, which Strowman mentioned, noting that he and Roman are going to butt heads again, and how neither man has had a better dance partner than each other.

He said:

“You know, Roman and I are gonna butt heads again one of these days. There’s never been a better dancing partner for me, there’s never been a better dancing partner for him. What we do is magic and that’s out there and beat the hell out of each other.”

Strowman is set for his first match since his WWE return on this week’s SmackDown, taking on Otis in singles action.
