On Monday’s Raw, Bray Wyatt debuted the darker side of his new character, and fans are genuinely intrigued about how this character will continue to develop, something that is somewhat rare in WWE. It was also reported today that this character has come completely from Bray himself, only going further to highlight his creative genius.
On Facebook, a tattoo artist by the name of Kyle A. Scarborough revealed the origins of the mask and the character, and how it was all created.
Scarborough revealed that Wyatt had come to him asking for help, adding that the former WWE Champion “had an idea in mind that needed help”. He also said that he had no idea the mask he created was going to debut on Raw, and received a text from Bray Wyatt on Monday night which read “Congrats brother. We changed wrestling forever. WE made this happen.” He would go on to add that Bray came up with this idea completely when saying “I was so happy for him to see something he loves so much come to life”.
It is clear that Bray has an enormous amount of belief in his new character, and strongly feels as if it will have a lasting impact on the WWE and wider wrestling landscape. If you weren’t already excited for Bray Wyatt’s new character, this will surely make you feel as if this could really be something big.
