Bray Wyatt has commented on his WWE return, following his surprise appearance at the Extreme Rules premium live event.
Following WWE ‘White Rabbit’ teases starting in September, fans speculated that these clues were leading to the return of Bray Wyatt.
Fans who predicted the former Universal Champion’s return were on the money, with Wyatt unmasking in the closing moments of the October 8 Extreme Rules show.
Following Wyatt’s premium live event appearance, the wrestling world took to social media with reactions to the popular star’s return.
A Twitter user shared a video of a young fan with Fiend merchandise watching Wyatt’s return at the end of Extreme Rules.
Replying to this post, Wyatt tweeted:
“This is why. I missed you too. All of you”
Extreme Rules marked Wyatt’s first WWE appearance since April 2021, ahead of the star’s release that July.
Wyatt had been busy with several non-wrestling projects during his time away from WWE. The star most recently wrestled at WrestleMania 37 in 2021, losing to Randy Orton in singles action.
