Bray Wyatt Working On Horror Feature Film

Bray Wyatt Working On Horror Feature Film

An update has been provided on the post-WWE plans of Windham Rotunda (fka Bray Wyatt), following his WWE non-compete clause expiring last month.

Since October 29, Wyatt has been a free agent, following his WWE release in July. Jason Baker – a SFX artist who helped to bring The Fiend to life in WWE, and the owner of Callosum Studios – has revealed that he and Rotunda are working on a horror feature film.

Speaking exclusively with Metro, Baker stated that shooting begins in two weeks in Tennessee. Not announcing the title, keeping plot details under wraps, Baker described the project as “Ichi the Killer meets Xanadu.”

Confirming that Wyatt is taking things in a completely different direction to his WWE Fiend lore, Baker said:

‘We’re not using any of that – we’re going in a completely different direction, a whole new thing,’ he teased. ‘It should be fun. Hopefully fans of horror and fans of Windham like it!’

Following Baker sharing a photo of himself and Rotunda last month, it was reported that the former Universal Champion had been “fielding inquiries” about Hollywood projects he could potentially be getting involved with.
