Bret Hart Reached Out To Congratulate Dax Harwood After AEW Dynamite Win

After several weeks of teases on AEW television that sent fans into a frenzy, Dax Harwood of FTR has confirmed… that Bret Hart has his phone number.

Taking to Twitter to share the news, Harwood first tweeted about the triumphant text writing:

“…and yes, Bret did text me last night. Yes… I broke down in tears.”

Then following up with:

“… and yes, I am an almost 38 year old man, with a family, that still cries about wrestling.”

Later when a fan tweeted Dax a photo of themselves talking to their Bret Hart cutout, he had a bit of fun and responded with a pic of him talking to his Bret Hart cardboard cut-out.

Dax Harwood along with tag team partner Cash Wheeler defended both their AAA and ROH tag team titles on last night’s (April 6) episode of AEW Dynamite against Nick and Matt Jackson, the Young Bucks.

FTR seems to be on the verge of a forthcoming face turn as of late they’ve been seen having dissension with AEW mega-heel MJF and certainly seemed to be working face in the aforementioned successful title defense against the Bucks.
