Following the September 9 episode, a new report has revealed an update on WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart’s WWE Raw return.

On the September 9 edition of Monday Night Raw, Bret Hart made his return to the company in front of his hometown of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

During the segment, World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER interrupted to insult Hart before Sami Zayn came down to defend “The Hitman.”

Ahead of the show, the two-time WWE Hall of Famer was reportedly under the weather and his status was up in the air.

Fightful Select (subscription required) provided an update, noting that Bret Hart was okay by the time the show started and followed through his scheduled appearance.

Hart also appeared in a backstage segment, congratulating his niece Natalya following her in-ring return and victory alongside Zelina Vega and Lyra Valkyria over Pure Fusion Collective.
