Brie Bella Discusses Reaction To WWE Return

Brie Bella has addressed the reaction to her WWE return, revealing when she was contacted by the company about a potential comeback.

The Hall of Famer returned in the Royal Rumble match, wrestling for the first time since 2022.

With Brie Bella previously noting that she is back on a full-time basis, the returning star has now revealed how her first appearance back came to be.

Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Brie revealed that she was contacted by WWE around a month out from Royal Rumble on January 31.

Discussing the reaction to her return, Brie said:

“I mean, it’s incredible. I’m still on cloud nine, I haven’t come down. It’s been overwhelming with all the love and support from everyone, but I’m so happy to be back.

“I got the call like a month out. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, mentally, physically, I’m there. Wrestling, I was yearning for it, but I hadn’t been training in the ring.

“I had been wanting to come back, it just wasn’t happening for me.”
