Fans of AEW were very curious during tonight’s (September 1) episode of AEW Dynamite, when AEW Women’s World Champion tweeted that she had some big free agent signing news.
Many fans, of course, first thought of the hottest free agent in wrestling right now, Baker’s real-life cavity free boyfriend Adam Cole, whose WWE contract expired last Friday.
Instead, when Schiavone asked her about the signing, she announced that she had signed a new long term deal with All Elite Wrestling.
Baker also announced that part of the contract would see Jamie Hayter and Rebel face Kris Statlander in a Handicap match on this week’s AEW Rampage.
