July 22, 2022 was the day that the world of professional wrestling changed forever, when it was announced that Vince McMahon would be retiring from the company.
The WWE SmackDown show that day made news, when Brock Lesnar reportedly walked out of the show before it went on air, though he ended up returning before the night was over.
Nevertheless, many fans have wondered about what this situation means for the future of Brock in a Vince McMahon-less WWE, and whether his Last Man Standing match with Roman Reigns would be his last match in the company.
Lesnar’s picture was then used to advertise the second annual WWE Day 1 event on January 1, 2023, seemingly implying that Lesnar will be sticking around for the event.
On top of that, Lesnar is now being advertised for WrestleMania 39 in SoFi Stadium next year, as tickets for the show went on sale today. Lesnar is advertised alongside Becky Lynch, Bobby Lashley, Ronda Rousey, Roman Reigns and Bianca Belair, implying that all six stars will be an important part of the show next year.
