After Universal Champion Roman Reigns tested positive, his opponent Brock Lesnar was shoehorned into a WWE Championship Fatal-5-Way match at WWE Day 1. He won the match, and is now the new WWE Champion.
Up to that point, Brock had exclusively been appearing on SmackDown, feuding with Roman Reigns in the lead up to their match which never happened.
According to a new report from PWInsider, Brock has now officially been moved to the Raw roster internally.
The idea, according to the report, is for Brock to maintain his new “free agent” gimmick.
Furthermore, Brock reportedly returned home yesterday (January 2), and is therefore very unlikely to be appearing on tonight’s episode of WWE Raw.
