Brock Lesnar WWE WrestleMania 42 Opponent Revealed WWE

A major update emerged on the WrestleMania 42 opponent for Brock Lesnar during tonight’s episode of WWE Raw.

Raw kicked off with Seth Rollins opening the show following his attack on Paul Heyman last week.

Rollins explained his goal is to end The Vision and everyone associated with Heyman. He said:

“It doesn’t matter if you’re on the shelf like Breakker and Reed, or if you’re a cling on peon like Austin Theory or Logan Paul, if you’re aligned with Paul Heyman, you are marked for death!”

Someone else aligned with Heyman is Brock Lesnar, who came out to confront Rollins.

However, after Lesnar took out some of Rollins’ masked allies, the lights went out and Oba Femi made his entrance.

Femi headed to the ring and powerbombed Lesnar with the Fall From Grace.

Femi then stood on Lesnar’s chest and pointed to the WWE WrestleMania 42 sign in the arena, confirming Femi vs Lesnar will be the match at Mania.

Is Oba Femi The Right WrestleMania Opponent For Brock Lesnar

Ultimately, WWE fans made it clear over the past few weeks that they wanted Oba Femi to be Brock Lesnar’s WrestleMania opponent, so in that sense, WWE has made the right call.

However, the real answer will come when the match itself actually takes place, with the result of it being the major question mark.

Oba Femi should arrive on the WWE main roster as an unbeatable monster like he was in NXT.

However, historically, Lesnar has had that role – and the question is what will give, and which of the two will take the loss at Mania.

For Oba Femi to be the right choice of opponent for Lesnar, Femi really needs to win the match rather than taking a loss so soon after his call-up from NXT.

Unless WWE has a way to keep Oba Femi strong in the eyes of the fans even if he takes a loss, he really should defeat Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania.
