Zero congratulations to be had. I had nothing to do with it. It is zero percent approved or authorized by the family or myself
A documentary focusing on the late ‘Brodie Lee’ Jon Huber will premiere online next month.
The documentary will premiere on February 3 and be available on Vimeo on demand.
Joe Brandt created the documentary, per Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter:
“A documentary called ‘This is Brodie Lee,’ about the life on Jon Huber, will debut on 2/3 on Vimeo on Demand. Filmmaker Joe Brandt of Classy Wolf Media follows Huber’s first match of his career.
“He has interviews with friends, fellow wrestlers, and relatives.”
Jon Huber wrestled on the US independent circuit from 2003 until signing with WWE in March 2012.
The former Wyatt Family member, wrestling as Luke Harper, went on to win the NXT Tag Team, SmackDown Tag Team and WWE Intercontinental titles prior to his WWE release in December 2019.
Huber made his AEW debut in March 2020, defeating Cody Rhodes to win the TNT Championship during his first match with the company.
He dropped the gold back to Cody on the October 7, 2020 edition of Dynamite in what would be the final match of his career.
Huber tragically passed away in December 2020. Names from both WWE and AEW still honor their friend on TV to this day, showing the indelible mark Huber left on the industry, and individuals who knew him.
