Amanda Huber, the mother of Brodie Lee Jr, has explained why we he’s not been on TV as much lately as he was for a few months.

It turns out little Brodie had temporarily let his grades slip at school, so he wasn’t allowed to attend tapings or be on TV.

An Instagram user made a joke about his grades being the reason he’s not been appearing much, which is when Amanda Huber confirmed that actually is the case.

She wrote:

“100%. He stopped doing his work so he lost privileges. I don’t make money off any appearances he does at AEW, it’s purely for fun. It’s his favorite place in the world and a reward for hard work. He managed to finish his school year with all A’s and B’s despite slipping up a bit. I’m very proud of him.”

He did make his return on recent episodes of Dark and Elevation, so it’s definitely good to hear he’s stepped up his game at school and he’s reaping the rewards.

Brodie Lee Jr has somewhat become the defacto leader of the Dark Order now that the group has moved into becoming a fun-loving babyface act, and regularly bullies Excalibur on commentary which is worth going out of your way to see because it’s absolutely hilarious.
