More details have emerged on WWE star Bron Breakker’s injury status, following reports about the Raw talent having surgery.
It was recently reported that Bron Breakker had undergone surgery for a ‘serious hernia‘, with no indication as to how long he could be out of action.
Details of when the injury occurred have now come to light thanks to PWInsider, who confirmed it happened on the February 2 episode of WWE Raw.
Having verified that Breakker has undergone surgery, PWInsider’s sources would reveal that he was hurt when flipping over the announcer’s table.
The report confirms that following Breakker’s surgery, he is officially off the road, with there being no timetable for a return at the time of writing.
The moment in question saw an angered Breakker vent his frustrations at being taken out of the men’s Royal Rumble by a mysterious, masked attacker.
Having threatened anyone nearby, Breakker would turn his fury on Adam Pearce, who had told the Vision member he could keep his job despite what happened in the Rumble.
While all that was happening, LA Knight would attack Logan Paul and Austin Theory, leaving Breakker to wonder “what are we doing?”.
Reports have indicated that there were previously plans for Breakker to win the men’s Royal Rumble match at the January 31 WWE PLE in Riyadh, which would have seen him go onto WrestleMania 42.
WrestleTalk wishes Bron Breakker well in his recovery from surgery.
