Bryan Danielson’s Opponent In AEW Tournament Semi-Final Decided

We now know who will face Bryan Danielson in the semi-final of the ongoing AEW World Championship Eliminator tournament.

In the opening match on tonight’s show, Bryan Danielson picked up a win over Dustin Rhodes in the quarter-final round.

Danielson will be facing Eddie Kingston in the semi-final, after beat Kingston beat Lance Archer later in tonight’s show.

Archer had a bad landing off a moonsault and Kingston rolled him up for the win straight after, which didn’t seem like the planned finish. If Archer’s hurt we of course send him our best wishes.

Danielson vs Kingston will take place on the October 29 episode of AEW Rampage.

The other semi-final will see Orange Cassidy – who beat Powerhouse Hobbs in the quarter-finals – face the winner of Jon Moxley vs Pres10 Vance, which takes place on Wednesday’s October 27 Dynamite.

The final will take place at Full Gear on November 13, with the winner earning an AEW World Title match.

Kenny Omega defends the championship against Adam Page at the pay-per-view, so the tournament winner will be challenging whichever of those two is the champion coming out of the show.
