Buddy Murphy has posted some new teaser videos following his WWE release ahead of his upcoming return to wrestling.
The videos show Murphy locked in a prison, obviously symbolic of him being locked in WWE, and there was even a little dig at the 90-day non-compete clause he’s had to sit out.
The clips also feature Josiah Williams who was released earlier this year too after working in WWE’s digital department.
A lot of people are drawing comparisons between Murphy’s videos and the ones Malakai Black had previously released, and it’s perhaps worth noting that Williams appeared in Black’s too.

Murphy is set for a match against AEW’s Brian Cage on September 18 for Battleground Championship Wrestling.
His non-compete expires at the end of this month.
