Another AEW Star Lands New Movie Role

Following MJF joining the cast of ‘The Iron Claw’ Von Erich movie, news has emerged on another AEW talent who has landed a movie role.

The Tampa Bay Times reports that AEW’s The Bunny, real name Laura Dennis, will star in the Lifetime movie ‘Bad Tenant’.

Per the article, the film is about a homeowner renting a room to a seemingly charming music manager who turns out to be a psychotic con man. According to IMDb, Dennis will be playing a character named Axelle.

the movie is directed by Peter Foldy and written by Sam Benjamin. Dennis has been filming for the project since October.

Dennis has several acting credits to her name, notably staring in the 2020 film ‘Givers of Death’, and this year’s ‘Puppet Master: Doktor Death’ horror movie.

Dennis recently tweeted about shooting, writing:

The star recently returned to the ring during the November 4 AEW Dark: Elevation taping. Prior to this, she hadn’t wrestled since April due to an injury.
