It appears we now know who will be donning the most recently trademarked WWE name as Cal Bloom has changed up his social media profile.
The issue is that Bloom has changed his Twitter name to Von Wagner, but the name WWE trademarked is Von Wagoner with an added ‘o’, so either he’s spelling it wrong or WWE’s trademarking team spelled it wrong.
WWE did file to trademark LA Night and not Knight back when he signed so it’s probably more likely the trademark is wrong than the man himself.
The former Cal Bloom had a dark match before the last episode of SmackDown that saw him pick up a win over Austin Theory.
He also had two televised matches last year when the WWE roster was short-staffed due to the pandemic, which were losses to Sheamus and R-Truth, and he was also briefly featured in Raw Underground.
His Twitter isn’t very active and doesn’t have many followers, but among them are the official WWE Performance Center account and several NXT talents, so it does seem to be his account and not an impostor.
