Newly Called Up WWE Stars’ Final NXT Matches Set WWE

The first night of the 2023 WWE Draft is officially in the books, and several NXT stars are set to make the jump up to either Raw or SmackDown.

Two of the more surprising names to be featured were current NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn, who were drafted to SmackDown in round four.

Alba and Isla were interviewed by Kelly Kincaid at the WWE Performance Center after their drafting, where they were challenged by Katana Chance and Kayden Carter to put their titles on the line before they leave NXT.

The NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship match has now been made official for next week’s episode of NXT.

Isla and Alba won’t be the only names making their final appearance on the show, as JD McDonagh, who was drafted to Raw as a part of today’s Supplemental Draft on SmackDown LowDown, will also be in action on the show.

His opponent has yet to be revealed.

The other NXT names called up in the Draft were Zoey Stark, Apollo Crews, Von Wagner and NXT Women’s Champion Indi Hartwell.

There may still be more NXT names being called up to the main roster, as the second night of the draft is set to get underway on next week’s episode of Raw.

Cameron Grimes, who many believed to be a shoe-in to be drafted, has seemingly reacted to being left out of the first night of the picks.
