Cameron Grimes won the North American Championship ladder match at NXT Stand & Deliver.
Former champion Carmelo Hayes was dropped by Santos Escobar, who Grimes floored before climbing the ladder and retrieving the title.
This marks the beginning of Grimes first reign with the North American Championship, ending Hayes 172 day reign with the gold.
Grimes win brought about the second title change of the night, with Raquel Gonzalez & Dakota Kai crowned the new NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions after defeating Toxic Attraction.
