Canceled AEW Match Rescheduled AEW

A match that was originally supposed to occur on AEW Dynamite has now been re-scheduled for this week’s Collision (January 25).

After the AEW Dynamite match between the returning Samoa Joe and the Patriarchy’s number one son, Nick Wayne was cancelled after travel issues, the bout is back on.

Tony Khan took to Twitter to confirm that the match had been rescheduled for AEW Collision this week, writing:

Jacksonville, FL
8pm ET/7pm CT, TNT + Max
Saturday Night #AEWCollision

@SamoaJoe vs @thenickwayneLegendary Samoa Joe will make his long-awaited return to the ring to collide vs Nick Wayne TOMORROW!

AEW Homecoming on TNT + @StreamOnMax TOMORROW”

Previously announced for the episode of Collision, a face-to-face encounter between Mariah May and Toni Storm, Big Bill takes on Powerhouse Hobbs, a trios match pitting Daniel Garcia, Matt Menard & Angelo Parker against Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong.

Also, Konosuke Takeshita looks to defend the AEW International Championship against Katsuyori Shibata.

Finally, the House of Black duo of Buddy Matthews and Brody King are set to take on the The Gates of Agony pair of Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona.
