Candice LeRae Added To No. 1 Contender’s Match

On tonight’s episode of NXT, General Manager, William Regal added Candice LeRae to the NXT Number 1 Contender’s Match for the NXT Women’s Championship.  On the 9/18/19 NXT live show on USA, LeRae will join Io Sharai, Mia Yim, and Bianca Belair in a Fatal 4 Way Match.

This match joins what looks to be a stacked card for the initial show on the USA Network.  Killian Dain and Matt Riddle will be squaring off in a Street Fight.  Roderick Strong challenges Velveteen Dream for the NXT North American Championship.  The Undisputed Era will defend their titles against the Street Profits.

It appears WWE will be pulling no punches heading into this show.  Rumors have been circulating about appearances from main roster stars.  Due to Kevin Owens being fired on Smackdown and then tweeting weird numbers of his own, many believe he will show up next week.

Of the women in the 4-way, LeRae is the only one who has not had an opportunity at Baszler’s Title.  Could this be her chance?  She most likely will be the biggest fan favorite of the match and would get a huge pop if she pulls out the win.  Stay tuned to WrestleTalk for more updates on the NXT USA debut.
