
Carlito’s first post-WWE appearance has now been announced, following his announcement that he’s departing the company.
Carlito confirmed on June 1 that he was leaving WWE, with his contract set to expire two weeks on from that date, and WWE not set to renew the deal.
Carlito’s next appearance outside of WWE has been confirmed, with the former US Champion set to appear at an event during SummerSlam weekend.
The departing WWE star has been announced for WrestleCon in Newark, New Jersey. This event will take place across Friday, August 1 and Saturday, August 1.

WWE’s SummerSlam will emanate from New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium on August 2 and 3.
Sarah Logan/Valhalla and R-Truth also announced their WWE departures around the same time as Carlito.
Truth has since returned to WWE, attacking John Cena at the June 7 Money in the Bank premium live event.
He then appeared on the following episode of Raw, re-introducing himself as Ron Killings.
