With reports suggesting she’s training for a WWE in-ring debut, Cathy Kelley has now addressed her future between the ropes.
Cathy Kelley is currently enjoying her second stint in WWE as a backstage interviewer, rejoining the company in 2022 after departing after a four year spell in 2020.
Although Kelley has always performed in a non-physical role in the company across her two separate runs, a report from earlier this year stated that she was taking part in in-ring training and promo classes at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.
While a “manager-esque” role also said to be a possibility, Kelley was asked about the possibility of competing inside a WWE ring while speaking to The Sporting Tribune in a new interview ahead of Money in the Bank.
Kelley said:
“I don’t know whether I can confirm or deny that. I would say at one point I may have to ask myself the hard-hitting questions.”

Kelley recently announced that she landed her first movie role, which was later revealed to be an action comedy film titled ‘Karate Ghost’.
We will provide updates on Kelley’s potential in-ring WWE future as/when they become available.
