Chad Gable Sends Message To Mystery WWE Raw Opponent Ahead Of Penta Debut

Chad Gable has taunted his mystery opponent on the January 13 edition of WWE Raw, as anticipation for the debut of Penta builds.

With vignettes airing in recent weeks of WWE Raw, fans have been given increasingly blatant clues teasing the debut of Penta El Zero Miedo.

The most recent tease that aired on WWE Raw’s Netflix premiere on January 6 featured Penta’s name on full display, putting an end to any doubt that the vignettes were for anyone but the former AEW star.

On that same show WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce booked what is seeming set to be Penta’s debut match, responding to Chad Gable’s demand to wrestle a luchador by saying he thinks he has the “perfect” candidate in mind.

Ahead of the bout against his mystery opponent, Gable took to Twitter to share a mock up version of the official Raw match graphic, covering his adversary’s face with a clown emoji.

Along with the image Gable wrote:

Amusingly this would lead to fellow Raw star Finn Balor using the post to throw a shot at rival Damian Priest, of whom Balor faces in a Street Fight on Monday’s show.

Balor wrote:

Also announced for the January 13 WWE Raw is the finals of the Women’s Intercontinental Championship tournament, as Dakota Kai takes on Lyra Valkyria, as well as a one-on-match between family foes Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser.

Appearances from WWE World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER, Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley and CM Punk have also been advertised for the show in San Jose, CA.
