Chad Gable Undergoes Major Makeover After WWE Superstar Shakeup Move

During the Superstar Shakeup, Chad Gable was split from his tag team partner Bobby Roode and moved to Smackdown. The following week, Gable was set to face fellow blue brand newcomer Jinder Mahal, but was attacked by Lars Sullivan who prevented the match from even starting.

Gable has not been seen on WWE TV since, but the former NXT Tag Team Champion has undergone somewhat of a drastic makeover since his last appearance on our screens. In some images shared on WWE.com from a recent Live Event in France as part of WWE’s tour of Europe, Chad Gable can be seen walking to the ring having had a haircut.

Gone are not only Gable’s locks, but also his previous attire. Chad changed his gear from trunks to a singlet during his partnership with Bobby Roode, and during a match with his former ally at a Live Event, Gable was still seen sporting the trunks despite the team’s split.

Many people believe Gable is being severely underutilised in his current role with WWE. A run as a singles star on Smackdown could help the former Olympian realise some of his immense potential. Failing that, a potential move to AEW must certainly be on his mind
