WWE plans for Chad Gable at the NXT X AAA Worlds Collide crossover show have now been revealed.
WWE and AAA stars will both compete at the June 7 event, following WWE previously announcing the acquisition of AAA.
There has been a lot of speculation surrounding stars who could appear on this show, amid uncertainty surrounding AAA’s future under WWE.
WWE has now announced a match for Chad Gable at the event, who has previously had his issues with luchadors.
Gable will go one-on-one with El Hijo Del Vikingo, who was introduced to WWE fans at WrestleMania 41.
Del Vikingo notably helped Rey Fenix to the back following Fenix’ loss to El Grande Americano at the April 19 show of shows.
While it appeared that Vikingo was on a collision course with El Grande Americano, the latter star hasn’t yet been announced for Worlds Collide.
A six-man tag-team match has been announced for this show however, with Santos Escobar, Angel and Berto of Legado Del Fantasma set to face off against El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., Psycho Clown & Pagano.
