New Championship Match Announced For AEW All In Texas

A new championship match has been announced for this Saturday’s AEW All In Texas pay-per-view in Arlington.

In recent months, a number of babyface AEW stars have come together in an attempt to fight off Jon Moxley and the Death Riders, which has included Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata and HOOK.

The trio known as the Opps defeated the Death Riders to capture the AEW World Tag Team Championship, but the war between the two sides has continued in the weeks since.

On last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Samoa Joe defeated Wheeler Yuta in singles action, before he was jumped by NJPW’s Gabe Kidd, who has been an ally of the Death Riders in their ongoing war.

Gabe Kidd will face off against Shibata on tonight’s Collision show, but before the match, he and the Death Riders cut a promo on the Opps.

After the promo, it was officially announced that Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta and Gabe Kidd would be representing the Death Riders at AEW All In against the Opps in an AEW Trios Championship match.
