For the past few weeks, WWE has done a better job than ever of making Cesaro look like a credible challenger to the Universal Championship.
On tonight’s Throwback edition of SmackDown, Teddy Long returned to announce that if Cesaro defeated Seth Rollins, he would receive a championship match with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania Backlash.
Cesaro went on to defeat Rollins, earning him his first ever one on one world championship match at the event.
